These examples represent different types of projects for which GEORESEARCH carried out engineering geological investigations, providing geological information and engineering interpretation required for design and construction.

Zovuni, Armenia

Engineering Geological Investigations

Engineering geological investigations for a major residential development in Zovuni.

GEORESEARCH carried out the engineering geological investigation programme for the project site, including field investigation, geological interpretation and assessment of ground conditions. The results provided the geological basis and engineering parameters required for foundation and structural design.

Engineering Geological Investigations

Engineering geological investigations supporting the development of a large residential project in Yerevan.

GEORESEARCH investigated the geological conditions of the development area and prepared the engineering geological information required for project design. The work focused on defining the ground profile, evaluating soil and rock conditions and establishing representative design parameters for foundations.

Engineering Geological Investigations

Engineering geological investigations for a large-scale residential development in Kanakeravan.

The investigation programme was carried out to establish the engineering geological structure of the site and assess the conditions relevant to planned construction. GEORESEARCH provided interpreted geological data and design parameters for evaluation of foundation conditions across the development area.

Hrazdan River Crossing · Yerevan, Armenia

Engineering Geological Investigations

Engineering geological investigations for the road and bridge connection across the Hrazdan River.

GEORESEARCH carried out investigations for the Isakov–Arshakunyats road link, including the Hrazdan River crossing and the connection with the Monte Melkonian transport corridor. The work provided geological information required for assessment of bridge foundations, road structures and associated engineering works.

Firebird AI Factory

Hrazdan, Armenia

Engineering Geological Investigations

Engineering geological investigations for the construction site of a major technology infrastructure facility.

GEORESEARCH carried out engineering geological investigations for the Firebird AI Factory construction site in Hrazdan. The investigation established the geological conditions of the site and provided the engineering parameters required for assessment of foundation conditions and development of the project design.

Cultural Heritage & Restoration

St. Sargis Monastery of Ushi

Ushi, Armenia

Engineering Geological Investigations

Engineering geological investigations for restoration and reconstruction of the historic monastery complex.

GEORESEARCH carried out investigations to assess the soil and rock conditions affecting the historic complex and to provide geological information required for restoration and reconstruction works. The project included cooperation with Armenian specialists and restoration experts from Italy.

The investigation programme defined the engineering geological conditions of the site and provided interpreted ground data for the planned residential construction. GEORESEARCH assessed the soil and rock profile and prepared the design parameters required for foundation engineering.

Long-Term Project Experience

Long-term engineering geological investigation experience for industrial, warehouse and commercial facilities.

Over a number of years, GEORESEARCH carried out engineering geological investigations for multiple facilities within Grand Candy's industrial development areas. The work supported the design of production, warehouse and commercial buildings by providing reliable geological information and engineering parameters for foundation assessment.

These selected projects represent only part of a much broader body of work completed by GEORESEARCH. Each project required an investigation programme appropriate to its scale, structural demands and geological setting, with field and laboratory data interpreted to provide a reliable engineering geological basis for design, construction and long-term performance.

At present, GEORESEARCH continues to carry out engineering geological investigations for new large residential developments and other major construction projects, providing the geological information and design parameters required for their safe and reliable development.
